What’s Included?
SPRING
Precision Cooling Tune-Up
(March through May)
Our technicians prepare your outdoor unit for the Arkansas summer heat. This visit consists of the outdoor portion of your system, whether air conditioning or heat pump:
- Checking refrigerant levels and testing for leaks.
- Cleaning condenser (outside) coils and removing leaves or debris from the unit.
- Checking condensate drains to prevent water damage.
- Lubricating condenser motors and inspecting wiring.
- Changing owner-provided filters to ensure clean airflow.
FALL
Precision Heating Tune-Up
(October through November)
We focus on the indoor portion of your system to ensure safe, reliable heating. This visit consists of your gas furnace or electric air handler:
- Cleaning the evaporator (inside) coil and inspecting the blower wheel.
- Inspecting and cleaning burners and ignition systems for gas furnaces.
- Checking heat exchangers for safety and efficiency.
- Full wiring checks and lubrication of moving parts.
- Changing owner-provided filters to prepare for winter.
